I'm very sorry for the crappy layout of this comment. I don't remember how to do anything in this user-unfriendly editor.

I won't edit the page because I'm the source of this comment. Also - I don't know the ultimate source of the version of the episode I watched. To check I watched the sequence of the opening narration to the next scene three times and in my version...

1. There's the opening narration.

2. A fade to black.

3. The tenant is shown walking with her groceries.

It's a typical sequence of events in the original series. Nothing unusual at all.

Yet the paragraph states...

> ...instead of the introduction immediately fading to black for a commercial after Serling's concluding "... in the Twilight Zone" remark, as was customary, the scene continues for a few moments longer, with the two women reacting silently to what they had just heard Serling say about their predicament. — Preceding unsigned comment added by AllThatJazz2012 (talkcontribs) 07:00, 8 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
