Not true, nor is it a policy. Also, you're change was invalid - Dr. Phineastein is not portrayed by Phineas Flynn, as he a fictional character. Vincent Martella voiced him, but as it seemed useless in this situation I did remove it, for aesthetic reasons. Thank you, The Flash {talk} 02:41, 18 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
