Reliable sources[edit]

This is a book of Tolkien scholarship which will certainly be reviewed by academic sources within the next year or two. Those reviews will be published in reliable journals. Until then, our duty is simply to be patient; we should not be rushing to publish opinions from fan-sites just because they're early to the web.
