- Not done I'm not aware of any policy or guideline that mandates use of this template. If you or anyone else wish to add it, I won't remove it, but my personal view is that it's not worth the clutter, especially for an article like this which is likely to be forever short and subject to very low editor traffic. Not seeing how this follows from the two guidelines you linked. For MOS:TIES to be relevant, there would need to be consensus that the use or non-use of serial commas is a feature of national varieties of English. But I don't see any evidence that that is the case. Our article on Serial comma notes that most American style guides mandate it and most British style guides do not, but that there are exceptions on both sides. If we remain at an impasse on this, perhaps you could start a thread on the MoS talk page to seek some outside opinions? - Done I find situations like this tricky because there's no natural place to put a citation for the whole list. The MoS forbids putting a citation in a section heading, and adding a copy of the same citation after every list entry is verbose and ugly.
