I was wondering if anyone knew how this story was this story was accepted back in the 1800's?

[edit]

I can't find any information on how this story was accepted by the general public back in the 1800's and I was wondering if anyone has come across this information. — Preceding unsigned comment added by IHateCatsJK (talkcontribs) 20:31, 14 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Peer-reviewed sources

[edit]

I recommend using peer-reviewed sources, like the Oxford Dictionary of National Biography, to support this article. The article also needs in-text MLA citations using Wikipedia's ref + Reflist system to show where in the article you have drawn on secondary sources.
