Image:Avantasia - The Scarecrow - 2008. Front.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Story[edit]

Since this is a rock opera, could anyone explain the main plotline of the story on this page?

I was hoping somebody could do that as well, although it doesn't help that the lyrics don't seem to make much sense on ocassions and are generally pretty vague across the board, which is pretty typical Tobias really. It's not so much a linear plot, because each song was written so that it could also stand on its own. Basically, though, it's about a young man who loves a woman, but his love is not returned. So he pours himself into his art and becomes famous, but finds that it isn't enough without his love. That's it in a nutshell. :-) --Managerpants (talk) 00:58, 28 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
