The Scarthwaite Hotel, CatonThe Scarthwaite Hotel – No need for DAB per WP:UKPLACE and WP:PRECISION, no other hotels with this name, definite article also possibly not needed. Also not in Caton but merely near, its in the parish of Quernmore anyway. Crouch, Swale (talk) 08:21, 6 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

This is a contested technical request (permalink). Bingobro (Chat) 09:45, 6 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • @Bingobro: why did you contest if you support this? is it because you though that the debate of whether the definite article is needed or not? note that the page has been moved but the talk page hasn't. Crouch, Swale (talk) 09:56, 6 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Crouch, Swale: Damn, completely missed the fact that this was a Contested TR. I was at RM and was giving my opinions on the discussions, when I bumped into this. My apologies. Bingobro (Chat) 10:01, 6 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Bingobro: no one contested it that I can see, I'm assuming you aren't? If so we can close this discussion and move the talk page to align it with the article? Crouch, Swale (talk) 10:07, 6 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Crouch, Swale: I ain't contesting this so, certainly we can close this. Bingobro (Chat) 10:09, 6 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
