Maybe today, depending on the person, they might find it suitable but, I removed the children's book category because the book was not intended for children. The other two categories should be enough, thoughts? Yoshi9000 23:50, 16 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Comixxx

[edit]

Is there a better website where you can read this book? Comixx.ru is full of sexual pop-ups, you have to click on each page one-by-one to bring it up, and the words are so small you can't read them.

For that matter, is the link legal? To my knowledge, The Seven Lady Godivas is still under copyright in the US. Cactus Wren 02:53, 7 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I agree that the link is completely inappropriate, even though a note indicates that it is an adult site. Fieryrogue 15:50, 31 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

2500 copies sold?

[edit]

Judith Martin, "Good times, rhymes pay Dr. Seuss richly," Boston Globe, Nov 21, 1971; pg. B4

which was based on an interview with Seuss says "The Seven Lady Godivas sold 50 copies out of a printing of 10,000." I agree that 2500 sounds more likely.Dpbsmith (talk) 02:04, 6 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
