I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. language[edit]

I don't remember any German being spoken in the movie. Most of the dialogues are in English, some in French, and a few lines are in Portuguese. I may have missed an odd sentence or two, but there is no significant portion of the movie in German. There's no German mentioned on imdb either. — Emil J. 11:30, 3 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
