Untitled[edit]

I have deleted the contents section - as rather trivia like and irrelevant to Wikipedia. I suggest that someone expands the concepts that are developed in the book, using the book itself as a reference and outside referenced reports for value judgements on the worthiness of these reports. Also I am not sure what the citations section is all about - erm might not be really relevant here - maybe cut and paste them into the Author's article. Further to discussion on my talk page - I see that the citations are relevant to this article, hence I have changed them to further reading, also have done a quick formatting job - though should probably use the citation templates found here - Wikipedia:Citation_templates.
