Necessary?

Is this article really necessary? I mean come on, a villain who appears in the last two minutes of an animated film and went on to be in a game based on the film? Really now, I don't think this character meets Wikipedia's rules for notability. Just the other day I was looking up some of the characters from Watchmen on here,and most of the heroes from their don't even have their own articles. Hell, Doctor Manhattan doesn't even have his own article, and he's much more noteable than some last-minute joke villain from an animated film. -99.20.193.88 (talk) 03:33, 16 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
