Episode listings

[edit]

On wikipedia each episode has a series of numbers with titles. What do these refer to?

For example episode 1 has

  1. The West
  2. Episode 1 – The People (to 1806)
  3. The Vision
  4. The Vast West – The Spaniards

When I watch my DVD there are chapters, for example Disc One has

  1. (no title)
  2. Episode One
  3. The Vision
  4. Thunder Rolling From the Mountains

On the PBS website there is yet another breakdown, that "proceeds chapter-by-chapter" for example "The People" section has

  1. Introduction
  2. When Dogs Could Talk
  3. The Vision
  4. Cities of Gold

Should the article be edited to reflect the DVD or the PBS website?
