I recall seeing the "Believe" sign in a previous episode. Does anyone know where?

previously on the 4400: never been on a previous episode[edit]

At the beginning of this episode, in the "previosly on the 4400", notice how it shows a clip of Tom and Marcos talking about searching for Alana at NTAC:

"Alana's picture has gone out to every hospital and law enforcement agency in the country"

"Nobody's seen her Tom, sorry"

...but this has never been in a previous episode...
