Hello, unfortunately this article does not meet the GA criteria at this time. There are significant MOS issues that need to be cleaned up, including MOS:LEDE - the lede should only be four paragraphs. In addition, there are many places in this article where footnotes are required, but not given. (Some are flagged with [citation needed] tags). Furthermore, the prose in the article is of uneven quality. Considering how long this article is, I don't think that the above issues could be expected to be resolved as part of a normal GA review. Therefore, I'm going to quick fail it. I highly suggest that you go through the article to add footnotes for unsourced information, put the article through Guild of Copy Editors, and resubmit for GA review. Why can these issues not be fixed under a normal GA review? This was done previously for this article. --Michail (blah) 23:35, 16 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Philly boy92: Please see the "Immediate failures" section of WP:Good Article criteria. The GA process is intended to help fix small problems that stand in the way of promotion. It's not really effective for the type and scale of issues that you have with this article. Catrìona (talk) 00:02, 17 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
