Thirty Minutes over Tokyo → Thirty Minutes Over Tokyo – This page's name should be changed to match the title's capitalization. In the actual title, "over" begins with a capital letter, as shown in the article itself. —ÐW^(T·C) 13:48, 16 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Weak oppose. As stated in the previous RM discussion, MOS:TITLECAPS says that prepositions in titles of 4 letters or less should not be capitalized.
