Deaths

[edit]

I think it is left unclear as to whether any of the replicator/human characters were killed in the crash. Furthermore, we don't know if RepliSheppard is killed by the blast. We only see the gun being fired but not what it's effects are. The article should state that we are left to presume they are dead. HotOne121 (talk) 03:17, 11 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I agree, especially since they're supposed to turn up in "the Kindred" - 202.10.80.69 (talk) 05:48, 11 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

And where is this confirmed at? I removed that edit from "The Kindred" since it is unconfirmed. I think that this is just a rumor as it was first added by an anon user.

Whether it is a rumor or not there should not be spoilers of future episodes. This article should display simply the facts of what happened in the episode. If they happen to reappear in a future episode then that episodes article can say that once it has been proven. HotOne121 (talk) 07:15, 12 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It's a pity they killed of the good guys of the Replicator faction, they've could of been useful to the Atlantis Expedition team, i hope more action comes soon in the coming episodes since the episodes at the moment are leading to the war with the Asurans. New Ship

[edit]

Does anyone have any more details on the new ships that chased the nanite team? whether it's possibly Ancient or Asuran design? --Ross (talk) 21:03, 11 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It first appeared in "Lifeline" and attacked the Apollo while Sheppard and the team escaped with the ZPM. That's about all we know - 202.10.80.69 (talk) 00:45, 12 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Plot similarity to SG1 Tin Man/Double Jeopardy.

[edit]

Do you think it's worth mentioning that the overall plot device is very similar to the one used in SG1 episodes Tin Man/Double Jeopardy ? The team finds out they are not they, but rather duplicates, and end up sacrificing themselves to save the originals.

(In Atlantis they are probably not dead yet - but be sure that the writers can't leave them around for long, they are too problematic for future story lines) 62.219.97.163 (talk) 07:00, 12 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Vision from the Seer

[edit]

I took out the note referencing Carter's vision in 'The Seer' because it's very possible that the destruction of the false Atlantis was a red herring. It is not conclusive that Carter's vision relates to what is shown in this episode. Darknote (talk) 23:16, 13 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Apart from the fact that the vision of the 'real' destruction is exactly the same as Carter's vision, just look at the tower collapse. I believe there should be a reference, but a mention of a possible red herring. Ross (talk) 11:17, 16 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think so, remember Teyla saw the vision of the hive ships getting destroyed yet she did NOT witness it happen, remember?

Vala M (talk) 17:00, 16 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yes she did, at about 38:57 out of 42:55 in The Seer, the hiveship vision becomes true. --Ross (talk) 21:37, 24 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
