Do you understand yourself what you are saying? Your politically correct pseudo-grammar is total nonsense! "Once created, the player can control their engine to where they can go." Now, who do you mean by "they" in "where they can go"? The engine or the player? Obviously you meant the engine, but then how can you use "they" if there is only one engine in question? The engine is an inanimate object, so you cannot offend it by using "it", can you? This sentence should read "Once created, the player can control his engine to where it can go." Here HE is a grammatical notion, not an indication of the gender of the subject as your ridiculous Hollywood English assumes. It is sad to see how Wikipedia turned into the biggest grammatical garbage dump.
