Where is the statue now? I think it's current location would make a good inclusion. Also the following link link taken from a book by Margaret Glass absolutely lamabsts him as a corrupt and bullying politician who was mentally impaired during his later career. Seems I've found it. This Brighton Historical Society article says it's at the Nepean Highway end of Bay Street where it has been apart from a small move in 1980, not 1970's. The original author seems to have done a bit of research which is why I'm adding all this here for discussion before making edits on a subject I've only done some cursory internet research on.
