Events during tenure[edit]

'During his tenure, he devoted his efforts to developing the state and addressing the issues caused by the Civil War.' I feel that this merits a bit of expansion. Did he raise any Kansas regiments? If so, what happened to them?. Valetude (talk) 19:05, 10 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
