Seacoma Beach[edit]

Yesler logging company made the first purchase of this south side beach on (point Pully) aka three tree point Wa. an 80’ x 1000’ parcel & the up Land Parcel known as lot 118 they’re sold and fully conveyed this property to Frank Brown owner of Seacoma beach improvement company, Frank and Margaret Brown, dedicated the parcel known as Seacoma Beach as an easement for up to a 60 foot wide road and sidewalk/shoulder parking area.(boardwalk.) the state of Washington conveyed the rest of the Tidelands, which were nothing more than a foot at the extreme low to Seacoma Beach improvement company, Frank Brown, dedicated the beach for recreational use. This would prohibit the state from selling the beach to a different logging company that might come along . Thus preserving the investments of the property owners that came to build their homes relying on the local store and passenger ferry to come and go . the dedicated roadway is an easement and the fee simple owner has re-recorded the 80 foot public right of way . see summary judgment (Soderlind Vs Haigh) & city of Burien Washington .(king 5 news and local B-town blog covered the story as the city performed under the successor of dedicator’s wishes to correct the myth that the private property owners that have excluded, the public from the roadway, and sometimes the beach unlawfully, were served legal notices attached to the titles of their properties correcting the deceiving behaviors, and the attempt to acquire government land, an easement with conditions and restrictions that were certified and entered into court record see Dick Beresford‘s expert witness testimony .
