"The 1991 congressional election was Gargan's target"[edit]

There are no Congressional elections held in odd-numbered years other than special elections which, by definition, cannot include an incumbent candidate. Is it possible this should say "the 1992 elections"? Predestiprestidigitation (talk) 09:26, 9 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
