Vandalism?

is tim allen a drug trafficker?

i've heard tim allen talked about this time in his life in an interview. from his description, he was more of a small time drug dealer (as i recall not for a very long time) than a trafficker. being a member of the drug trafficker category implies wholesale quantities or someone who heads an organization. i don't think this was the case for him. (does he belong in the same category with pablo escobar?) i therefore removed the tag. --UriBudnik

Changes to the article

Hi - I read this article a while back, looking for some info on Allen's drug dealing past (i knew he'd at least been arrested for it but that was about all). Back then there was quite a detailed description of events (his agreeing to turn in others for a shorter sentence etc.). I thought that info was pretty interesting, was there any reason it was edited out? MagicBez 03:44, 11 December 2005 (UTC)

Allen's trademark

Mr Snitch?

Heard Tim got a light sentence in return of snitching. ANybody got more info on that?

We seriously should stop using the word "snitch", people. It has a negative connotation, and violates Wikipedia's policy on Neutral POV. I removed the wording from the "Personal Life" section of the article. SkittlzAnKomboz (talk) 17:51, 13 June 2008 (UTC)

Mugshot

If you're going to put a mugshot in the article, I would think the reason he was arrested (the story behind it) ought to be included. I'm sure there's plenty of citable sources that describe what happened. Right now it's just a confusing mugshot. TheHYPO 06:30, 21 July 2007 (UTC)

Character Actor?

Is Tim Allen really a character actor, as currently stated in the article? I don't think he really fits into this category, because he has played many leading roles (e.g. in the Santa Claus movies). Possible Vandalism

Sentences were added (by 69.143.57.117) crediting "Joe Mehmetaj" with some of Tim Allen's work. Also, his high school was changed. These edits might be vandalism and should be investigated by more knowledgeable editors.ndyguy (talk) 01:17, 23 December 2007 (UTC)

Unencyclopedic Observation

This seems more like something you'd read in a magazine article than an encyclopedia: He was arrested for drunk driving in 1997, after he nearly fell over and couldn't count backwards during a roadside sobriety check. Just to put it out there...

Has anyone noticed Tim Allen's picture is from 1993?? He looks a lot different now, so I think it would be a great improvement if someone could possibly get a better, more current picture of him.
