I chose the page name based on the best dedicated reference I have so far,
Duff, M. J. (13 August 2002). "Comment on time-variation of fundamental constants".
Most section-titles dealing with the question so far were phrased as questions, i.e.
Is the fine-structure constant actually constant?, Does μ vary over time?, but I would find this awkward as a page title. A more correct title would be "Tests on time-variation of physical constants" or similar ("Tests on the constancy of proposed physical constants"...), but the more "correct" title is not necessarily the better title under WP:NAME. --dab(𒁳) 10:20, 12 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
