Error[edit]

This article states that in 1928 "Colombia and Nicaragua signed the Esguerra-Bárcenas treaty in Managua, Nicaragua and set the 82nd parallel north as division for islands and territorial waters". This is obviously not true as the 82nd parallel is way up in the Arctic. Can anyone provide the correct information? Bazonka (talk) 20:33, 11 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
