Exclusion of New France south of the Great Lakes[edit]

The creators of the timelines are perhaps unaware that New France extended south of Quebec, in a wide swath with Mississippi River on the west, and the Appalachian Mountains on the east, down to present-day state of Louisiana. They have neglected/omitted Ohio Country, Illinois Country and Upper Louisiana from this article. Why? It leaves the impression that New France only consisted of Quebec and Acadia.Dogru144 (talk) 00:18, 15 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
