At only 429 words, I cannot see how this article can be said to broadly cover the topic. It reads like a list of facts, not an encyclopedia article. Is there truly nothing to say about the history between all of 2002 to 2020? The reception section consists almost solely of listicles. Are there no actual reviews of this place? "Unique Eats and Eateries of Portland" seems to have at least two pages about the restaurant, but is only cited once, for the year of opening. That book lists a Janette Kaden as a co-founder (in fact, it mentions her before it mentions Christie Griffin), but she isn't mentioned anywhere in this article. Frankly, the article is a hair away from being promotional, being sourced so heavily to travel guides and with ingredient-by-ingredient descriptions of specific dishes. That aside, an article so clearly incomplete has to be a quickfail.

(As a side note, I think it is a bit silly to cite three different Fodor's Guides that are the exact same travel-guide entry as though they are separate sources, but that's neither here nor there from a GACR perspective.) ♠PMC♠ (talk) 11:42, 5 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
