Eric Smith

The article states:

In the post-war years, Tiny Rowland moved to Rhodesia where he worked together with Eric Richard Henry Smith of Ayr, Scotland, on Luton Farm near Gwelo (now Gweru), Southern Rhodesia. Tiny Rowland had worked for Eric Smith after World War II in London as a chauffeur for a private car hire company operating out of Mayfair that was owned and operated by Eric Smith. Eric and Tiny were close friends but fell out when Tiny had an affair with Eric's then wife, Irene Smith.

Originally addded January 2007 [1] This is very interesting, but no source is given, nor can I find one with Google or the Times digital archive. If no source is supplied, I will removed this. - Crosbiesmith (talk) 09:06, 21 June 2008 (UTC)

I have added additional citations since that tag was added. I have also removed some unreferenced material. I have now remove the tag. There are now references for any controversial information. Other details exists in the existing references. 1937?

If he was born in 1917 and came to the UK in 1937, why would he be going to a fee paying school (seeing as hed presumably have been twenty)? 92.235.178.44 (talk) 13:23, 23 August 2009 (UTC)

I wondered the same thing. From a quick look at the refs available online, I suspect he (and his mother) moved to the UK before this, and his father joined them in 1937. Qwfp (talk) 16:34, 30 August 2009 (UTC)

Edward Heath's Verdict

Shouldn't Edward Heath's description of him as "the unacceptable face of capitalism" be included in the article somewhere? George Richard Leeming (talk) 05:36, 18 December 2010 (UTC)
