Tinyfish is a critically acclaimed progressive rock band which has released 3 albums already. They are well respected with the prog rock community and are worthy of a wikipedia entry. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Hoboslobo (talkcontribs)

The article fails to establish Wikipedia based notabilty. ttonyb (talk) 19:57, 9 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
According to notabilty a band is considered notable if they have released two or more albums on a major label or one of the more important indie labels. Tinyfish has released the following albums with important indie labels. Curious Things on Festival Music and One Night on Fire on Metal Mind Productions. The article states, "Curious Things (2009; Lazy Gun Records / F2; ISBN: 643157403159)" ttonyb (talk) 20:39, 9 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
F2 is the company behind the Festival Music Label. I will edit the entry to reflect the correct label name. Hoboslobo (talk) 21:02, 9 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I agree with User:Hoboslobo about the provision of WP:BAND with respect to two albums from important indie labels; I checked and Wikipedia does have articles about both those indie labels, so I have been bold and declined/removed the speedy deletion tag and its associated hangon tag. I believe there is plenty of room for this article to be expanded/improved, but the basics are present. If anyone has any questions or problems with this, I'm at your service.
