This is a very incomplete collection of leftover collateral. I stopped assembling when I reached what is already in the article plus these, and there should be ample material here for an artricle perhaps 50%-100% larger, being liberal, especially taking resources that I didn't initially compile above and beyond these. Dropping them here for myself and others. For transparency, I initially drafted this article over time at User:Very Polite Person/Tip and cue and then copy/pasted it to here for Tip and cue.
