Tjugum is not a village

Tjugum is a farm and a church. I recommend moving this whole article to Dragsviki, which is the name of the area covering Tjugum, Lunde, Veganeset and Dragsvik, which includes a hotel, camping, and the ferries to Hella and Vangsnes.
