Apologies

Please excuse me for my redundant article on the "T'ung tien". I went looking for an existent article and I could not find one; in fact there weren't even any articles on the Books of Tang. I wish I'd known about this article at the time.

I have redirected that over here, and I have edited my links in the Tang sites to point here too. I have also merged some verbiage into this article, and I have performed some reorganisation.
