👍 Like We should keep this article. This is a major work by an important sculptor. It has been on permanent public display for an extended period.
There are several sources that support this, including:
  • de Barañano, Kosme. "Art in New Public Spaces / 1983 - 1987 - Topos V". Ajuntament de Barcelona [Barcelona City Council]. – Extended review
  • Serra, Catalina (9 June 1998). "Chillida hará en Barcelona su primer mural cerámico. 416 placas de hormigón formarán el mural de Chillida". El Pais (in Spanish). – Article on Chillida in a major Spanish newspaper, mentions this work
  • "Eduardo Chillida Topos Stock Photos and Images". alamy. – Major photographic agency offering 28 stock photos of this sculpture
  • "Chillada". Mayoral. Art gallery with Chillida's work, mentions this sculpture
  • "Chillida a Barcelona". Art al Carrer (in Catalan). – article on outdoor sculpture in Barcelona, pictures of this scuplture
  • Fecchio, Barbara. "Barcelona: taking it outside!". Sculpture Nature. – article on outdoor sculpture in Barcelona, section on this sculpture
  • "Topos, Eduardo Chillida". Turisme de Barcelona. – page on this sculpture on the City Council's tourism website
  • GEOguide Barcelone (in French). Gallimard Loisirs. 2016. p. 106. ISBN 978-2-7424-3947-8. – Listing in a French guidebook
I have added a general reference, and hope to make some modest improvements to the article based on it. I will remove the {{Prod}}, but I am happy to discuss the issue here. Or you could use the articles for deletion (AfD) or files for discussion (FfD) procedures. Verbcatcher (talk) 23:07, 9 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Hi, @Verbcatcher: One reference might or might not establish notability, but any decent artwork would have plenty of references, and not just in "Lists of..." types of articles, like every piece of artwork on the street in Barcelona. But I'll watch for what you add, and won't do Afd for now, until you've had a chance to do whatever you'd like to do. Mathglot (talk) 05:25, 23 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
