Image gallery[edit]

The existing gallery doesn't really meet the policy WP:IG. Any ideas for changes, or should we delete it? --Skeezix1000 (talk) 21:09, 16 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

They are decent photos and have some general interest (I enjoyed them). If they don't fit policy, what would be the normal procedure? Delete? (no answers - just interested!). --Stormbay (talk) 21:20, 16 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
No, not delete the images. Either we can improve the gallery so that it is not just a collection of random images, or we can transfer the images to the Commons. --Skeezix1000 (talk) 16:06, 10 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

History[edit]

Given how small it was at the time, how important to the hospital was the C$14,000 bequest from Erland Erlandson in the 1870s? It relates to a whodunnit in a series of bank thefts in Guelph and is fairly interesting, but I don't want to violate WP:UNDUE if it was a drop in the institution's revenue bucket by that point.

Also, if anyone has any idea why a single and childless Danish prisoner-of-war–cum–mistreated-midlevel-HBC-employee ended up with a small fortune and donated almost all of it to a hospital in a city in which he didn't even live, kindly add it to Erlandson's article with some sourcing. — LlywelynII 16:04, 22 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
