I love Totos. Its the best pizza house on Melbourne's Lygon Street pizza strip. Sami is so nice and the pizzas are so good. Go Totos. No one makes better pizzas and the fact that an American outfit beat Totos for membership of that Pizza hall of fame is disgusting.114.76.140.192 (talk) 09:03, 24 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I understand that the current owners of Toto's Pizza House are Lebanese, not Italian. Some reference was made to this on a television program in Melbourne when Toto's became a member of the Pizza Hall of Fame. Could there be some reference to this in the article? Is there a reference to the fact that Pizzas were originally middle eastern, not Italian, in Wikipedia? Most pizza owners (who, of course, in Australia anyway are generally of Italian background) sometimes claim that pizzas originated in Italy. Also pizzas are relatively new in Australia, and the reason for Lombardis being granted the award first probably reflects on the fact that Lombardis started in New York some time earlier, although Toto's has a longer continuous existence as Lombardis closed down then reopened again. Hope this comment is of help. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 121.223.150.10 (talk) 23:30, 4 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Toto's should not be criticised on the grounds that their owners are Lebanese. I love their pizzas when I visit Melbourne. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Lonnygirl (talkcontribs) 23:36, 4 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

A reference to the development of pizza in the middle east would be great. I hope someone will write it.Lonnygirl (talk) 23:40, 4 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
