Lead Section

[edit]

I don't see a problem with the length of the lead section of the article (despite the header) - does anyone else have a problem with its length and/or can suggest what should be moved below the line? Guyb123321 (talk) 16:14, 16 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Awards and nominations

[edit]

The singer has around 48 nominations/wins; I don't consider that to be a considerable number to have a separated list. --Paparazzzi (talk) 01:59, 24 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I think the table is sufficiently long enough that it could stand alone, but it is fine to keep it as is for now. If it grows more in the future, a move can be revisited. Paparazzzi, you've done a great job on the article! :) Thsmi002 (talk) 11:34, 24 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Hi, I wanted to ask why so many award shows such as Scandipop Awards, P3 Guld, Capricho and Musikförläggarnas Pris that don't have Wikipedia pages are included in the Awards table. Isn't that a violation of WP:INDISCRIMINATE in general and very unsuitable for an FA?--NØ 16:46, 11 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Hi. I don't understand why adding those awards would be a violation of WP:INDISCRIMINATE. The fact that they don't have Wikipedia pages does not mean they are not reliable. They are included because Tove Lo is a Swedish artist and all of them award people from Scandinavia (except for Capricho). I hope this makes sense. Regards. --Paparazzzi (talk) 02:53, 13 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
For the purposes of the awards lists on Wikipedia we usually only consider notable awards. If they meet WP:NAWARD and WP:GNG then feel free to create articles about them, indiscriminate awards aren't suitable for inclusion in a featured list (in this case article). I have no comment on where the specific award shows I mentioned are notable, but they'd be better fit for inclusion if respective parent articles existed to provide information on them. Just being merely verifiable doesn't make them fit for a mention on Wikipedia.--NØ 15:48, 14 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
