Talk:Toyota Hilux Surf

I have reversed the prior redirection to the Toyota 4Runner as the differences between the Surf and 4Runner are
sufficient to warrant separate listings.
Differences exist between the Surf and 4Runner in terms of mechanical specification, trim level, market perception,
penetration and availability, competing vehicles in respective markets etc. Each deserve their own dedicated pages. To assume a page written with the specifics of a US model and market details will suffice for a different variant vehicle
sold in other markets is very presumptuous and inaccurate Morr 11:28, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Is Toyota Surf SSR (G) still being manufactured? As far as I know its production stopped in 2003! Posted by Anonymous

The Hilux Surf is currently available (May 2007) in Japan in the following grades, SSR-X “V Selection” SSR-X SSR-G

Details can be seen at http://toyota.jp/hiluxsurf/grade/grade/index.html Morr 12:17, 12 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
