Section 3 (f) of DPWC Administrative Order No. 1

[edit]

Adding here for reference an excerpt from DPWC Administrative Order No. 1 s. 1968, which was provided by the Toll Regulatory Board in a FOI request.

For some reason, they do not seem to have the full document itself and just some specific excerpts from it. I'm still attempting to find a full text copy of the document.

Section 3 (f) of Administrative Order No. 1 issued on 19 February 1968 by then Department of Public Works and Communications:

"Drive a vehicle at a speed more than the prescribed maximum of 100 kph, or less than 60 kph, except when necessary xxx. Slow-moving vehicles shall always keep the right lane and shall use the left lane only when passing. The maximum and the minimum speed limits herein prescribed or to be prescribed xxx;"
