This page needs to be either deleted or completely rewritten. The phrase "training ground" is a generic phrase for any place where training is conducted. It is properly used for military exercises, band practice and sports of all types. There is no preferential treatment of this phrase for the sport of football (soccer).
If this page can not be repaired in fairly short order (and I'll admit that I don't see any way to do so), I'm going to nominate the page for deletion. Rossami(talk) 23:34, 17 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
