I'm pretty unsure about this sentence : "RhoA is activated primarily by guanine nucleotide exchange factors (GEFs) via phosphorylation; due to large network of overlapping phosphorylation, a multitude of GEFs are utilized to enable specific signaling pathways." Unless I'm misunderstanding, the activation by GEF is not relying on phosphorylation but rather on promoting the rate-limiting step of GDP dissociation.
