ISSUES?[edit]

The table at the bottom may have issues, i.e. the throughput for Illumina may be much too low (2 orders of magnitude?) and that for PacBio much too high (1 order of magnitude?). Are the accuracies comparable? I think not. And the costs may be off? Frankatca (talk) 20:34, 3 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Needs references in workflow section[edit]

I notice that the workflow section on labelling is missing any references in steps 1,2 and 3. Just appears to be stated fact without anything to back for further reading. There are lots of references in the page but you would have to dig through them.tonfind where any of these are actually from.
