Transocean was implicated?

The way the article is written (in just a few parts) it implies that Transocean was a separate entity from the rig Deepwater Horizon when in reality Transocean owns (owned) Deepwater Horizon. I'm suggesting that this needs to be reworded.

Also, this sentence is technically inaccurate:

"As the Deepwater Horizon sank, the riser pipe that connected the well-head to the rig was severed."

Having worked in the offshore oil field on a semi-submersible, what I know is the riser pipe connects directly to the Blow Out Preventer (aka BOP); which sits directly on the well head. In the case of Deepwater Horizon the riser pipe was severed from the top of the BOP by the time the rig sank. -- Avazina, (Talk to me) 07:00, 2 March 2017 (UTC)
