Budd Dwyer

Elected by the General Assembly, or by the voters?
[edit]The earlier Pennsylvania Treasurers were elected by the General Assembly, but in modern times they are elected by the voters. This article should explain this in more detail. --DThomsen8 (talk) 01:40, 10 August 2012 (UTC)
