The official English translation of the Treaties uses the spelling Orebro not Örebro. This is deliberate (not laziness) as in the Swedish treaty one on the plenipotentiaries is given the name Lawrence Baron d'Engeström. --PBS (talk) 19:28, 24 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, but just as we modernise archaic spelling when we use old document as sources, I think we can list Örebro under its proper spelling, and use redirects from the version without diacritics. I did put in a footnote on it, though. Tomas e (talk) 18:33, 26 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
It is not "archaic spelling" as in the treaty name, it is what is commonly done in the English language and is still being done. -- PBS (talk) 14:10, 21 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
