Hasn't Tribune Media completed their move out of the Tribune Tower? That move was scheduled to have been completed by the third quarter of 2017

If they have, would it not make more sense to replace the current image of the Tribune Tower with one of their current home, 303 East Wacker?? My suggestion.....
