Merger with 'List of Number 1 Tracks on jtv saturday'[edit]

While a merger with the jtv page is probably a good idea as jtv is so new, perhaps this page would be a better idea when jtv's been on for a bit longer (6 months or so).

List of Tracks to Reach Number 1 on jtv Saturday' section[edit]

The page has been merged - but should the section really exist? I mean, the list is just the most requested songs on SuperRequest during the previous week. Although I personally think that such a list is more representative of quality Australian music that the ARIA charts, if I wear my "neutral editor" hat, I don't really think such a list is encyclopediac enough to be in Wikipedia. -- Chuq 13:40, 25 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I'd have to second that opinion.Kokiri kid 09:57, 22 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Just noticed that the section is still there, but hasn't been updated in quite a few weeks. -- Chuq 10:39, 23 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I've added the tracks from early October to now, and made the songs that weren't linked, linked. - 58.169.83.200

I agree that this section doesn't really need to be here. It might be relevant to list songs that have made it in multiple times, but then again, the record is only for three weeks... also, I think we might need to include the segments on the Friday and Saturday episodes. I mean, "Throwing Stuff at Robbie Buck"... how can we not mention that?! Demonofthefall 12:50, 10 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Mixed bags[edit]

Why not have a section on this article about the mixed bags on jtv Saturday? The only one I can really remember is my own. I chose "Black Bugs" by Regurgitator, "Wonderwall" by Oasis and "Smells Like Teen Spirit" by Nirvana. Ndrly 05:27, 27 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Probably because there is nothing really notable about them. -- Chuq 07:03, 27 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Yes there is. - 155.143.200.107 02:21, 15 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
So viewer requested videos are notable? Wow, you've left that one wide open. Better start researching every single user requested film clip on Video Smash Hits, Channel V, MTV ... because if we took that line then every single video clip they have played as a result of a viewer request needs to be listed. -- Chuq 01:45, 9 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Suggested Name Change[edit]

With the change of name to triple J TV i suggest thi spage be renamed triple J TV(Dr Worm (talk) 08:05, 28 January 2008 (UTC))[reply]

Programmes[edit]

There seem to be alot of titles given to the same programs in the list of programs associated with Triple J TV. This needs a cleanup. --Kuliwil (talk) 14:12, 14 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
