In case you did not know, intensity of a tropical system has little to do with article worthyness, and it's quite premature to conclude minor damage within 24 hours after the northern eyewall lashed Acapulco. In general, I think we can cut down on the use of "it was reported." All of the impacts of a tropical cyclone are reported otherwise we wouldn't know. No need to explicitly state it multiple times.
