The term "breed true" seems to describe breeding for specific and definitely inherited trait,

What kind of "organism" may possibly consist of such traits? Not to mention that purebred organisms also normally produce fairly different phenotype offspring. This may need either clarification, or removal. --Afru (talk) 22:31, 23 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
