Contested deletion

Trpanosoma irwini (not "irwin") is verifiable, see http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19570316 However I see nothing in regards to it being named after Steve Irwin. I have not read the either Parasitology 136 or 138 in full where it is referenced however. Article needs to be posted under Trypanosoma irwini, not irwin. Also "new" is a relative term, this parasite was referenced in the aforementioned link in 2009. Stardrifter1984 (talk) 01:00, 7 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
