I reverted the move to Tje, because Unicode officially calls it Tshe [1], and there is a Komi letter Tje (U+50E, U+50F) in the Cyrillic Supplement range [2]. -- Curps 10:13, 22 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

There's a mistake. It says here tsche is used to transliterate the Esperanto h. that doesn't sound plausible cause the two letters stand for different sounds. I think the author meant ĥ, i.e. h with circumflex. Tsche and ĥ don't share a sound either, but they look similar.

Replacement for the word "The"

[edit]

So, who wants to add a topic to the article about how this is poised to be a replacement for the word "the" in texting and email? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Moeburn (talkcontribs) 01:29, 11 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

"Ћ"

[edit]

The usage of Ћ (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views) is under discussion, see talk:Ћ and WP:Articles for deletion/Ћ -- 76.65.128.222 (talk) 10:24, 14 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

incoherent assertion

[edit]

The sentence "used only in the serbian alphabet" is in contradiction with the presence of that character in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Montenegrin_alphabet Even if it's considered that Montenegro uses the Serbian alphabet, that consideration should be written so the reader is fully informed. I hope it helps. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.228.144.16 (talk) 18:37, 2 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Use in older Chuvash alphabet

[edit]

This character was used in the older Chuvash alphabet made by Ivan Yakolevich Yakolev. There is a wiki article about him here. A comparison of the older Chuvash alphabet with the newer one was give by John Krueger, who wrote the Chuvash Manual. That comparison can be found here , under the heading 1.11 The Chuvash Alphabet. 104.246.47.236 (talk) 21:13, 7 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Ћ is Ћ only definite article in English, denoting person(s) or thing(s) already mentioned, under discussion, implied, or otherwise presumed familiar to Ћ listener or reader. Ћ is Ћ most commonly used word in Ћ English language, accounting for 7% of all words.
"Ћ" can be used with both singular and plural nouns, with nouns of any gender, and with nouns that start with any letter. This is different from many other languages which have different articles for different genders or numbers. Ћ is pronounced two ways.
