(Undo to reinstate the letters "CL" after "MTR" in order to tie in with the source given near the end of the paragraph and to disambiguate between the MTR (the system) and the MTRCL (the company).)
Also in the paragraph, from At that time, approximately 60,000 people lived within a {{convert|adj=on|500|metre}} catchment of Tuen Mun South station, while ... to At that time, approximately 60,000 people lived within a 500-metre catchment of Tuen Mun South station, while ... (Undo to reinstate the {{convert}} tag.)
